Yeah, yeah, yeah... but what can I see, like, now?

I've been doing this for way too long. And by "doing this" I mean, trying to be an actor. When I first started out over 10 years ago (when I was 13... :) ) I was trying to be an actor. Hey, I never went to film school or acting class (okay, I went to two acting classes, but they don't count), so I needed to be educated somehow. That somehow for me has been my involvement in the movie business on and off screen. I've worked as a casting director, production assistant, assistant director, producer, stunt double, body double, stand in, extra and in those coveted moments... an actor. It hasn't always been graceful, it hasn't always been good, but after 10+ years, and after this years line up of back-to-back feature films, I can proudly and confidently say: I am an actor.

People on set are always asking me, "what have you been in?" and "what can I see of you?" I do mostly indie features... and they usually take a long time to come out... so there are A LOT more to come that are fighting their way thru post-production. I've also had a lot of 'bit' parts, ie., wrestling in salsa in a bikini (Spring Breakdown), saying a few lines (United States of Tara, Him and Us), or doing crazy stunt or body work for some other chick (Repo, Adjustment Bureau, Fracture).

There are a lot more to come that I am so proud of, and several coming out within the next few weeks/few months, but here are FOUR you might see a bit more of me in, and that you can enjoy, NOW. :)

The Witches of Oz, 2 part Mini Series.

THERE is a feature film version of this, Dorothy and the Witches of Oz, which had a theatrical release and will be on DVD soon. It is shorter, tighter and with better special effects... but this one is pretty kick ass, too.

Bloody Bloody Bible Camp.
I play a lead role in this crazy comedy/horror. We all had SO much fun making this twisted little blood and laugh fest.

Okay... as I've stated before, if the title offends... don't go any farther. This is campy, over-the-top, makes fun of everyone and everything in good fun. We are all playing caricatures... come on, did you really think I was a teenage virgin bible camper? :)

More Theaters for Good (and Bad) Witches...

Great news ... because of its successful run in Arizona, Kansas and Kentucky..., 'Witches is opening in more theaters...
THIS FRIDAY, March 16th, Oz returns to the big screen for seven more cities!
"Dorothy and the Witches of Oz" will open at select theater locations in several more cities, which are listed below:

Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Omaha, Nebraska
Cedar Falls, Iowa
Elgin, Illinois
Addison, Illinois
Sheboygan, Wisconsin
Oshkosh, Wisconsin

There will be a premiere event at the AMC Mayfair Mall 18 theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 7:00pm.

Check your local theater for more info. :)

I'm just returning home from Leigh Scott's, Dorothy and the Witches of Oz premiere... here are some fabulous photos from the red (yellow brick) carpet and Q & A.
It was A BLAST! So proud of this movie... it was AMAZING... and it BEAT OUT Ghost Rider at the theaters it played at this weekend. Pretty awesome for an indie- non studio back theatrical release!

I'm so proud to announce Dorothy and the Witches of Oz will be released in theaters, next month. I had a BLAST playing one of the Witches (Ev Locast) in this movie! It will have a limited release at both Harkins Theaters and AMC Theaters.
