I was so honored to read this review from The Hollywood Reporter, of The House Across the Street, including such a nice mention of my performance. It was one of the most difficult and rewarding roles I have ever played...
"But the filmmaker succeeds in creating a sustained atmosphere of genuine tension, abetted by Munk Duane's tense musical score and Sonneborn's intense performance as the determined heroine..." Check it out HERE

2015 if already a flurry of great things...
I just got word from Director Arthur Luhn, that The House Across the Street finally has a release date! April 10th, 2015! I also heard the movie was re-edited and tightened from it's festival version. I cannot wait to see the final product! More details on the release coming soon. HATS stars: Eric Roberts, Ethan Embry, Alex Rocco, Courtney Gains, Josh Hammond and Nick Apostolides, along with me! Here is a link to the trailer: CLICK HERE ![]() It's been an insane month... we are working hard to get Alice ready for festivals, the score and finishing touches on the edit are all coming together wonderfully... and the word from director Arthur Luhn is that The House Across the Street is a few days/weeks away from being complete as well!!!! In the meantime I shot a co-star role for the new HBO show, Hello Ladies. It's Stephen Merchant's new show which he created and stars in, and it's hysterical. Check out the trailer HERE. I was so honored to have a small role as a casting assistant in scenes with Christine Woods, Jenny Slate and Miriam Tolan; directed by Greg Daniels; produced by Dan Kaplow, ex produced by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. I'm a lucky girl and so grateful. Look for me in Episode 7! In the meantime, you can laugh at me being a silly actress in my trailer what should I do while in hair and make up and waiting....??? Duck face, of course. The House Across The Street is weeks away from completion. Director, Arthur Luhn just sent me this awesome screen grab of me with Nick Apostolides. Coming soon! I couldn't be happier! Post Sounds seems to be a common theme in my life right now... I did my ADR for Never Open The Door last weekend, I will be doing my ADR for The House Across the Street in the next few weeks, and Alice D. is going into Post Sound and Music next week (with spectacular and talented Carlos Vivas!!) Sound and score are such an important aspect of filmmaking and I cannot wait to see and hear how these projects turn out, after the music/sound stage is complete!
I couldn't be more proud or more excited for all the hard work of all the cast and crew from these projects to pay off. I cannot wait to share... in the meantime: Here are some fun photos from those three projects, both screengrabs and behind the scenes: Never Open The Door: Directed by Vito Trabucco. Produced by Chris Maltauro and Federico Bauder. Cinemetography: Joe Provenzano. Post sound and original music: Carlos Vivas. Cast: Kristina Page, Deborah Venegas, Matthew Aiden, Mike Wood, George Troester, Stephan Richards and Me. The House Across the Street: Written and Directed by Arthur Luhn, Produced by Bill McAdams, Jr. Cinemetography: Zack Richard. Original Music: Munk Duane. Cast: Eric Roberts, Ethan Embry, Alex Rocco, Courtney Gains, Josh Hammond and Me. Alice D. Written and Directed by Me. Produced by Kristina Page, Chris Maltauro and Josh Hammond. Cinemetography: Eric Latek. Post sound and original score: Carlos Vivas. Cast: Juan Riedinger, Al Snow, Kane Hodder. I've been couped up in this production trailer (ha ha) for way too long, going a little stir crazy. Literally it's been Alice prep all day everyday, good thing Kristina Page and I have unlimited plans...
Draft 7.0 of Alice D is done and already needing to be revised. (no one in Rhode Island has a hot tub in January...so that scene is out) It's getting so good, I'm really really excited! :) Oh, and as I mentioned... we are going to be shooting in Rhode Island. The place we are renting is going to be its' own character in the movie, it's that special, all 9000 sq ft. of it. Alice casting is almost done and we will update the Alice D website with our cast as soon as we finish up (some offers are out/ approved/ pending and a couple are going out next week). We decided to forgo callbacks, and cast the movie on our instincts from the first round of auditions. It's unbelievable that so many talented people are out there... and I wish I had room in the movie for more of the actors we saw. That being said, I am VERY happy with our choices so far. And- I can tell you my favorite wrestler in the world is coming out for a nice cameo. If you know me, you know who he is. (he's a fantastic actor, too) And we will have some other familiar faces in there as well, not just from my world... but from yours too. On my Alice downtime I am studying for my next role in the web series: Red Sleep (formerly I Kill). I start work on Monday and have a couple more days after Thanksgiving. I get to play a femme nikita type, or at least that's how I'm interpreting her. :) I have gotten word that several of my projects from last year have a rough cut assembled: American Girls, Rabid Love and The House Across the Street. I can't wait to see them all finished up and share them with you. Money Shot is also coming out on December 11th - but I will do a seperate update closer to the date with all the info on its' release. :) The new poster is fantastic and our Distro company will be unveiling it shorty!!!! okay... that is all for now. I will eat, sleep and prosper when the movie is done. Happy weekend to you! Check out the official trailer to The House Across the Street! I just got back from filming this bad boy and our director (Arthur Luhn) already churned out an awesome trailer! This movie was such an intense, awesome experience. I can't wait to see how the whole thing turned out!!!! I play, Amy, a really dark, brooding, intense, messed up chick. I got to act with some really fabulous actors: Eric Roberts, Alex Rocco, Ethan Embry, Courtney Gains, Josh Hammond, Mike Malvesti, Sara Murphy and Nick Apostolides. Projects like this make me so excited to be an actor. I can't wait to see what role I will get to sink my teeth into next. :) ***Thank you to the fabulous crew, who made 'House SUCH a blast to work on! What a terrific week of intense filming. I am so impressed with both of these dedicated actors, to my pleasant surprise they were both the nicest guys to work with on and off screen.
One more week of filming and I will be wrapped on 'House. What a crazy, wonderful shoot. ![]() I'm so pleased to announce the final two members of The House Across the Street cast. Eric Roberts and Alex Rocco have signed on and we will finish filming in August.
